With a focus on personal empowerment and symptoms management, Mind Friend does not offer mental health assessments and diagnoses, however they have the expertise for referalls within various specialised avenues of health and wellness.

Mathew facilitates proactivity and optimism through cognitive behavioural therapy and an approach that simplifies and manages complex thought processes. Mathew focuses on pragmatism and specialises in financial health.

Jeanne P BSc(Couns) DipCouns 
Jeanne's focus is on nurturing the individual, building self-esteem, and grief, loss and trauma management. She gently and non-judgmentally draws out the best qualities in her clients. Jeanne is an experienced Music Therapist.

Camille G BPharm 
Camille is a dynamic life coach with a specialty in personal accountability in therapy, and self-growth. Camille's primary focus is nutrition-based health and mindfulness.
